Role Description This is a full-time on-site Key Account Manager role located in Goa at Lohono Stays. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing annual plans, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing strong analytical skills to ensure the success of key accounts. Skills Required ? Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role. ? Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ? Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools. ? Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
