Lsquare is one of India’s fastest-growing paper honeycomb companies, focused on providing eco-friendly packaging solutions for consumer durables. Our mission is simple: deliver sustainable packaging that performs better than polluting alternatives in both cost and effectiveness.

As we expand our reach with major OEMs, we are looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Manager to join our Business Development team.

Role: Key Account Manager

Department: Business Development

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Regional Manager - Business Development

Location: Pune

CTC: ₹7 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2 years

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, client-focused professional who can manage and grow relationships with high-value clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands customer needs, coordinates strongly with internal teams, tracks performance metrics, and drives business growth through excellent account management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

✅ Identifying customer needs and aligning them with Lsquare’s product portfolio

✅ Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their business, procurement process, and organization structure

✅ Coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure timely delivery

✅ Identifying new requirements from existing customers and sharing them with the Business Development team

✅ Monitoring key account metrics including order pipeline, on-time delivery, and payment collection

✅ Conducting structured periodic review meetings with clients to improve service, performance, and alignment

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar role

✅ Experience in manufacturing or B2B industries preferred

✅ Strong client-focused and strategic mindset

✅ Good understanding of CRM or similar platforms

✅ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics

✅ Ability to work independently with shared team support

✅ Result-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets

✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
