Job Description
About this Position The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for implementing strategic account plans, driving sales growth, developing a strong project pipeline, and managing key customer relationships. This role ensures profitable sales delivery, effective account management, collaboration with R&D, and support to distributor and line teams to achieve business goals.

- Execute KAM plans aligned with regional SU strategies (short, mid, and long term).
- Achieve ambitious sales targets and develop a robust project pipeline.
- Optimize sales mix to drive margin improvement and high-growth opportunities.
- Manage direct key accounts by ensuring accurate forecasting, supply planning, and timely collections.
- Guide, motivate, and support distributors in the assigned territory.
- Lead and coach line support and distributor sales teams to achieve financial and operational goal
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales / Industrial Sales.
- Experience managing distributors and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Technical understanding to work with R&D and customer plants
- Analytical skills for value calculation and project evaluation
- Team leadership and coaching ability
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems
