Role Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused Delivery cum Account Manager to manage key client accounts, oversee recruitment delivery, drive client satisfaction, and ensure business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT staffing, account management, collections, stakeholder management, and business development by generating new hiring requirements from existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple Non-IT clients across various industries.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets and hiring timelines.
  • Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and successful closure of open mandates.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, turnaround time (TAT), interview ratios, offer conversions, and joining percentages.
  • Conduct regular delivery reviews and implement strategies to improve team performance.

Key Account Management (KAM)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key client accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings to understand hiring plans and client expectations.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and quality service delivery.
  • Resolve client escalations promptly and professionally.

Business Development

  • Generate additional hiring requirements from existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business across different departments and locations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support new client acquisition and account expansion.
  • Upsell staffing and workforce solutions to existing clients.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of future business opportunities.

Collections & Commercial Management

  • Coordinate with clients and internal finance teams to ensure timely invoice approvals and payments.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.
  • Resolve billing and commercial issues with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, collections, and outstanding receivables.

Team Management

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate recruiters to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Allocate requirements based on recruiter strengths and workload.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Non-IT staffing and recruitment delivery.
  • Excellent Key Account Management (KAM) and client relationship skills.
  • Experience in managing collections and commercial discussions.
  • Strong business development and requirement generation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, ATS, and recruitment portals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • MBA or PGDM is preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Non-IT staffing, delivery management, or account management.

Preferred Industry Experience

  • Staffing and Recruitment Consultancy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Client satisfaction and retention.
  • Revenue generated from assigned accounts.
