Role Description

We are seeking a Key Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key clients, achieving revenue targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and executing account plans, conducting client meetings, providing excellent customer service, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and align strategies with organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development abilities, including client relationship management and revenue forecasting
  • Skills in analysis and market research to identify opportunities and trends
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
