What You’ll Do

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing strong regional networks to drive placements, partnerships, and program success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with:
  • Government officials & district administration
  • Employers (SMEs, corporates, industry bodies)
  • Educational institutions
  • Local stakeholders & ecosystem partners
  • Drive placement outcomes for trained candidates
  • Partner with employers to align hiring needs with training programs
  • Organize career fairs, workshops, and employer engagement events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program success at the ground level
  • Lead institutional outreach and expand program reach across regions
  • Ensure smooth execution and impact delivery at the district level


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years of experience in business development / stakeholder management / partnerships
  • Strong networking & relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with government bodies / NGOs / skilling ecosystem is a plus
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-driven role


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred)
  • Mahatma Gandhi National Fellows (MGNF) encouraged to apply
