Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and met with appropriate solutions. Day-to-day activities include developing account plans, conducting regular meetings with clients, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver products and services on time. The Key Account Manager will analyze sales data, forecast demand, identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, and support long-term customer retention strategies. The role also involves preparing reports, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to leadership to improve offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance, and support decision-making.
- Experience in Business Planning, including developing account strategies, sales forecasts, and growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, and service teams.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or commercial equipment sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune travel to client locations as needed, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
