About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our portfolio of key corporate accounts. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, delivering exceptional value, and expanding our footprint through strategic cross-selling and up-selling of our integrated service solutions. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the strategic importance of on-site client engagement and initial operational immersion. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Growth: Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue from existing clients through cross-selling and up-selling. CXO-Level Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term, trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders. Solution Selling: Analyze customer pain points and operational challenges to craft and present compelling, tailored service proposals. Market Insight: Deeply understand customer segments and map decision-making hierarchies to identify new opportunities within accounts. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations to secure win-win agreements that ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our organization professionally at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums. Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate) You are a consultative partner, not just a seller. You have a stable career history showing clear progression and a proven ability to grow accounts consistently. 8?10 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or client partnership roles, preferably within service-oriented industries like: Facility Management / Corporate Services Pest Control / Hygiene Services Courier, Logistics, or Leasing/Rentals Hospitality or Integrated Service Providers A demonstrated track record of achieving revenue growth and high customer retention. Expertise in selling intangible services with a strong understanding of service delivery cycles and customer operations. A skilled relationship-builder with proven success in engaging and influencing at the CXO level. An excellent communicator and presenter, capable of crafting persuasive business proposals and telling a compelling story. Business-acumen driven, with the ability to identify potential, craft solutions, and negotiate effectively. Collaborative and self-driven, with a willingness to spend your initial weeks on-site to deeply understand our operations and service culture.
