About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage, retain, and grow existing client accounts. The ideal candidate will take ownership of client relationships, ensure seamless delivery, identify upselling opportunities, and work toward achieving defined sales and retention targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of all projects.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and service excellence.
- Identify and convert opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue and retention targets.
- Understand client goals and proactively suggest strategies, campaigns, or services to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams — strategy, creative, and execution — to meet client expectations.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues effectively to ensure client retention.
- Contribute to overall business growth through strategic account management and relationship development.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or business development, preferably in a marketing or digital agency.
- Strong track record in client retention, upselling to brands, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and campaign management.
- Proficiency in preparing decks and presentations; must be skilled in Canva for creating professional client presentations.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint.
