Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical in managing and nurturing relationships with our B2B clients in the digital marketing software space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account management, ensuring exceptional service delivery, zero churn, and identifying growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Conduct regular health checks with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to clients on performance metrics, deliverables, and campaign outcomes
  • Ensure end-to-end client management with a focus on achieving zero churn through proactive engagement and exceptional service

Service Delivery & Operations

  • Monitor all deliverables and ensure completion within the agreed Turn Around Time (TAT)
  • Track service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure all client requests and issues are resolved within committed timelines
  • Escalate issues promptly to internal teams and follow through until resolution is achieved
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, requirements, and project status

Business Growth

  • Identify and evaluate potential upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Develop and present compelling pitches for additional products or services that align with client needs
  • Contribute to account growth strategies and revenue targets
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, product, technical support, and marketing to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Communicate client feedback and requirements to relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or related roles
  • Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or digital marketing industry is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
