About the Project We are seeking a creative and passionate Junior UI/UX Designer to join the "Stealth Proptech Startup" project team. This is a groundbreaking initiative to build a comprehensive digital real estate platform in Dubai, integrating advanced technologies like AI, data analytics, and Web3. The project involves multiple international teams working across concurrent workstreams to deliver a state-of-the-art product across web, iOS, and Android platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a budding designer to gain invaluable experience working on a complex, high-visibility project and contribute to shaping a next-generation user experience. Job Summary As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will support the Senior UI/UX Designer and the product team in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for the Property Search platform. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping. You will help translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions that provide a seamless experience for property seekers, real estate agents, and platform administrators. Key Responsibilities Assist the Senior UI/UX Designer in creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms. Help develop and maintain the project's design system and style guides to ensure visual consistency across all products. Design individual UI elements such as menus, tabs, forms, and widgets with a focus on usability and aesthetics. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and to provide any necessary design assets. Participate in user research activities, such as usability testing and user interviews, to gather feedback and inform design decisions. Prepare and present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders. Contribute to the design of both the consumer-facing applications and the complex backend administrative portals. Required Skills and Experience 1-2+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web and mobile applications. Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to create clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces. A collaborative team player with good communication skills, able to articulate design rationale. A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Experience designing for both iOS (Human Interface Guidelines) and Android (Material Design) platforms. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS capabilities. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Experience designing for complex data visualization or dashboard interfaces is a plus.
