The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs, creating employer branding strategies, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Qualifications Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and Hiring processes Experience in crafting Employer Branding initiatives Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Prior experience within the IT or technology sector is a plus Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
