Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for Service Desk coordination, end-user support, desktop administration, and assisting in day-to-day IT infrastructure operations. This role provides excellent exposure to enterprise IT environments, system administration, and user support.

The candidate will be responsible for Service Desk coordination, end-user support, desktop administration, and assisting in day-to-day IT infrastructure operations. This role provides excellent exposure to enterprise IT environments, system administration, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle IT support tickets, incidents, and service requests through the ticketing system.
- Provide desktop and laptop support for Windows and Linux users.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests.
- Support printers, scanners, peripherals, and conference room equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist in patch management and software deployment.
- Support email, collaboration, and productivity tools.
- Monitor system health and escalate critical issues.
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good understanding of computer hardware, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
- Knowledge of software installation, upgrades, and patch management.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
