The Mission

Your goal is to take our social media presence to a broader level. You won't just be "posting", you will be building a brand, increasing our reach, and driving incoming leads through high-quality visual storytelling.

What you'll do:

• Video & Design: Create, edit, and polish engaging video content (Reels/Shorts) and graphic assets that simplify market news.
• Social Growth: Execute strategies to scale our follower base and boost engagement across all platforms.
• Lead Generation: Design content specifically aimed at converting viewers into incoming business leads.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our existing team to refine our brand identity and keep our voice consistent.
• Market Research: Stay updated with daily market news and technicalities to ensure our content is timely and accurate.

What we are looking for?

• Technical Skills: Must be well-versed in Video Editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar) and Graphic Design (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express).
• Location: Must be residing in or around Porur, Chennai.
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience (Junior Role).
• The "Plus" Factor: Knowledge or a strong interest in the Stock Market is a significant benefit.
• Mindset: A "hunger for knowledge"—someone who is constantly self-educating on market trends and new digital tools.

Bonus Points:

Comfortable being in front of the camera for short-form content (not mandatory, but definitely a plus!)

Compensation

• Junior-Level Role
• Package: Up to ₹2.1 LPA (based on skills & performance)
