Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Scientist role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Junior Scientist will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, and contributing to research projects focused on the organization’s core objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in controlled conditions cultivation processes and procedures
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, experimental design, and data analysis
• Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in scientific methodologies
• Ability to document findings and prepare reports with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Familiarity with safety protocols and laboratory best practices
• Proficiency in using scientific software and tools is an advantage
• Demonstrated passion for biotechnology and innovative research in context to mushrooms
