Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Indian Time) [i.e. 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time]

Employment Type: Full-Time (Freshers Needed. Experienced Candidates, Welcome)

Experience: Not required. We hire for Attitude, we train for Skill)

💰Compensation: "Write Your Own Paycheck" Model.

Fixed Base: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 (Based on interview performance).

Performance Incentives: Uncapped.

The Reality: A top performer who hits their targets can easily earn ₹50,000 incentive per month.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Associate Career Consultant. Basically, we are looking for a Future Leader. Someone who is smart, dangerously ambitious, and believes they can figure out the answer to any question on Earth. You will be personally trained by the Founders. You will not be served coffee; you will be taught how to think, sell, and strategize like a CEO.

What You Will Actually Do:

You are not a support agent. You are a Consultant.

• Consultative Selling – You will speak with potential clients, diagnose their career problems, and prescribe the 3Engineers solution. You will learn the art of high-ticket persuasion.
• Management Consulting – You will analyze complex client profiles and build "Go-to-Market" strategies. You will tell a Project Manager why his resume is failing and exactly how to fix it.
• Client Portfolio Management – You will own the relationship. You will manage the anxieties, expectations, and triumphs of high-level professionals.
• Meta-Learning – By managing the careers of others, you will hack your own. You will learn exactly what a "Product Manager" does at Google, or what a "Solutions Architect" does at AWS, without ever having to write code. You will become a walking encyclopedia of the corporate world.

You are based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and are comfortable working a US shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).

💡 Prior experience in career consulting, professional writing, HR, or communications is a plus but NOT required. If you have the skills and willingness to learn, we’ll train you!
