Junior Research Fellow

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee is one of the nation's premier institutes for higher education and research in science, technology, and engineering. This is a full-time, on-site Junior Research Fellow role located in Roorkee. The Junior Research Fellow will engage in research activities according to the requirements of the assigned projects, collaborate with senior researchers and faculty, and contribute to technical report writing and documentation. The responsibilities also include analyzing research data, preparing presentations, conducting experiments, and ensuring adherence to research protocols and timelines.

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed experimental and theoretical studies.
• Proficiency in technical writing, report preparation, and data interpretation for research purposes.
• Solid understanding of core concepts in science, engineering, or a related field relevant to the project's domain.
• Teamwork, collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively under guidance.
• Familiarity with software tools, programming languages, or analytical techniques pertinent to research projects (added advantage).
• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (RECOMMENDED) from a recognized institution.
