Must submit 2 relevant certifications (e.g., Data Analytics, AI/ML, Prompt Engineering, Market Research Tools, Python). Subject to periodic evaluation and structured feedback. Year 2: Associate Growth & AI Analytics Strategist (Promotion Track) Promotion based on measurable value creation, discipline, and commitment.
