Junior report checker (from BGV INDUSTRY)

A high-volume Background Verification (BGV) and pre-employment screening services provider operating across recruitment, fintech, and compliance sectors in India. We deliver accurate, audit-ready verification reports—identity, education, employment, criminal and address checks—that help hiring teams mitigate risk and accelerate hiring decisions. We are seeking an on-site Junior Background Verification Analyst to join an operations team focused on quality and SLA-driven delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

• Review and validate BGV case files and verification reports for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to predefined checklists and SLAs.
• Cross-check candidate-submitted documents and verification findings against primary sources and public records; flag discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Perform reference, employment, education, identity and criminal checks using established processes and vendor portals.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, referees, and verification vendors via phone and email to obtain clarifications and missing information.
• Update case status, maintain detailed audit trails in the HRIS/CRM, and ensure document uploads meet quality standards for audits.
• Escalate complex or high-risk findings to senior analysts and support continuous improvement of report-checking processes.
