Role Description
As a Junior Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in managing and strengthening relationships with merchants within the Faizabad area. This is a full-time on-site role where you will onboard and train new retailers, provide ongoing support for their operational needs, address any concerns or challenges, and ensure that they are effectively leveraging Pay1’s services to enhance their business. You will also monitor merchant performance, collect feedback, and help identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaboration with internal teams will be critical to resolving issues and driving merchant success.

Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and merchant engagement
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Faizabad and travel to meet with retailers as needed
- Proficiency in local languages and cultural understanding specific to the region
- Basic understanding of financial and technology products offered by Pay1 is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
