Role Description This is a full-time, remote Junior Recruiter role. The Junior Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role includes coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate communication, and ensuring a positive applicant experience. The Junior Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, update job postings, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining recruitment data in HR systems, assisting with offer processes, and supporting continuous improvement of hiring workflows.
