As part of this momentum, we are hiring three highly motivated and ambitions Recruiters. Burtch Works has an extensive onboarding and training program, including one-to-one mentorship, coaching, and accountability. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the dynamic and the continuously evolving industry of AI focusing deeply on the most in demand and pioneer skill categories, such as Forward-Deployed Engineering, Chief AI Officers, Deep Learning & Neural Networks, LLM Optimization, etc. We teach a proven proprietary methodology for both engaging with top talent and working to validate skills and experience. In addition, Recruiters will learn and use property first party validated data to provide advice on compensation, role design, and hiring trends serve as a Career Advocate to establish long -term relationships. This is not a transactional role but instead relationship centric position. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to learn from industry veterans, develop best-in-class recruiting and business skills that have a profound impact on improving lives and transforming business.
Role Overview
The Recruiter will work closely with technology and business executives, and individual contributes to align their goals, interests, and skills to the best opportunities for enterprise companies and privately held business. A defined screening and quality process is followed which includes video interviews, technical assessment test, and conducting professional references. Recruiters are responsible for building and managing early-stage candidate pipelines through full-cycle quality assurance and customer deployment. Success in this role is measured through daily activity, building proactive pipeline, achieving “profile complete” candidate status, submittals, interviews, offer negotiation, placement onboarding, and maintaining the relationship post placement.
This role is ideal for individuals early in their recruiting or sales careers who want to develop elite business, talent acquisition skills in high-demand technical markets.
You will work closely with Recruiting Leads, Account Executives, Account Director and Director of Delivery Operations to convert talent into client placements and long-term relationships for multiple redeployment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Drive daily sourcing activity across Data, AI/Machine Learning, Engineering and Product talent pools using:
- Salesforce Applicant Tracking Systems (Asymbl)
- LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Seat Plus (RPS+)
- Technical networking events
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with technical candidates.
- Deploy technical assessment and conduct professional references
- Introduce candidates to the Burtch Works Community Platform for propriety data insights, research, webinars, reports, and learning resources.
2. Candidate Engagement & Quality Funnel
- Source and identify highly specialized talent in domain areas of expertise
- Conduct candidate interviews on screen virtual or in person
- Career goals, professional interests, and skills assessment
- Compensation negotiations
- Career coaching and marketability advice
- Match talent to client roles based on experience, alignment, and technical fit.
- Support candidate interview preparation and communication throughout interview stages, offer negotiations, onboarding, and post placement continuous engagement.
3. Collaboration & Delivery Support
- Partner with Recruiting Leads and Account Executives on sourcing strategies and daily activities to qualify for the right talent.
- Create candidate submissions and client presentation materials.
- Collect and relay post-interview feedback.
- Support onboarding activities for placed candidates.
- Maintain consist relationship with both pipeline and placed candidates.
4. Business Insights & Lead Generation
- Learn and leverage Burtch Works’ proprietary market data, insights, and compensation analysis to share with candidates.
- Identify new business and client leads during candidate conversations.
- Surface market intelligence supports business development efforts.
5. Recruiting Operations, CRM & Productivity Tracking
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in the ATS and supporting systems.
- Meet daily and weekly activity, pipeline, and interview targets.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
- Maintain data integrity across recruiting workflows.
- Uphold timely and detailed documentation standards.
Qualifications
- 0–4 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and can demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn technical domains.
- Intellectual curiosity and interested in the AI industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience in fast-paced client- or candidate-facing environments.

Education
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
