The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, contribute to building scalable systems, and leverage modern AI-powered developer productivity tools such as Cursor. You will be part of our Technical Operations and R&D team, supporting workflow automation, microservice development, and efficient data applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python-based applications and microservices. Build and support Airflow DAGs for workflow orchestration and data automation. Work with Docker to containerize applications and ensure smooth deployments. Collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable, modular solutions. Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to boost efficiency. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices. Debug and troubleshoot existing applications and data workflows. Contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 years of hands-on experience in Python development. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience working with Docker and containerized applications. Familiarity with microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow automation. Proficiency in using AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT). Basic knowledge of SQL and REST APIs. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration. Experience with data visualization or reporting tools. Prior exposure to financial data or services.
