Junior Product Developer

We are looking for a Junior Product Developer to support product and fabric development across our brands, working closely with France HQ, regional teams, and suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, market aware and eager to grow within a buying office environment.

General Job Description

• Support product and fabric development in line with brand DNA, trends, and commercial needs
• Coordinate closely with brands, internal teams, and suppliers throughout the development process
• Follow up on samples, check quality, and track shipments and approvals
• Assist in preparing presentations and product overviews
• Work with merchandising teams on fabric and trims sourcing
• Support showroom visits, supplier meetings, and buyer trips
• Monitor market trends through showroom, market, and store visits

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in product development, sourcing, or a buying office environment
• Background in textiles, garments, or fashion-related fields
• Exposure to European customers (French market is a plus)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organized, proactive, and a good team player
• Comfortable working in English (spoken and written)
