We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive to support our dispatch and shipping operations. This role involves handling discrepancies with shipping partners, ensuring smooth coordination, and maintaining accurate records for issue resolution.

Role Overview :-
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive to support our dispatch and shipping operations. This role involves handling discrepancies with shipping partners, ensuring smooth coordination, and maintaining accurate records for issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve discrepancies related to shipping (e.g., weight mismatches between internal records and shipping partners.
- Upload necessary proofs and documentation to support claims and disputes
- Follow up with shipping partners to secure refunds for errors or overcharges
- Coordinate daily with internal and external teams to address shipment delays
- Track and maintain records of issues, resolutions, and pending cases
- Ensure timely communication and closure of all operational discrepancies
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic understanding of internet tools and general tech-savviness
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Be part of building a ₹1000 Cr consumer brand from the ground up
