Job Role

We are looking for a responsible and execution-focused Junior Operations Manager to assist in handling decor and production operations for weddings, social events, and grand celebrations.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Assist in managing on-ground event operations and execution
* Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and labor staff
* Ensure setups are completed on time as per event timelines
* Supervise decor installations, stage setups, and production flow
* Handle on-site coordination and support during events
* Assist in managing logistics and venue operations
* Coordinate with clients during events and ensure smooth client servicing
* Understand client requirements and ensure proper execution on-ground
* Solve basic operational challenges and maintain smooth workflow
* Ensure quality standards and deadlines are properly followed


*Requirements*
* Good coordination and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure during live events
* Responsible, punctual, and hardworking attitude
* Basic understanding of event decor and production
* Prior experience in events is a must
* Flexible for late nights and travel when required
