About Us RunDMS builds AI call automation and AI workflow automation . We?re hiring for Votch , our flagship voice intelligence product. Role Join our AI team to build speech and audio intelligence: STT/TTS, noise detection, speech enhancement, and native audio LLM applications. What you?ll do Integrate and evaluate STT/TTS systems Build noise detection/classification and speech enhancement pipelines Prototype with audio-native LLMs and multimodal flows Own audio preprocessing , feature extraction, and evaluation metrics Write clean, testable Python and reproducible notebooks What you bring Strong Python with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) Hands-on speech/audio ML projects (internships/coursework/personal) Familiarity with librosa/torchaudio/ffmpeg and basic DSP concepts Interest in LLMs and speech-driven agents Nice-to-have Real-time or conversational AI exposure (WebRTC, streaming, VAD) Cloud/MLOps basics (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker) Location : Coimbatore, India.
