Junior Next.js Developer (1?3 Years Experience) Location: Pune (In-office) Compensation: Up to ?40,000/month Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate About MyAbhyasa MyAbhyasa is a fast-growing education platform transforming how students study using AI-driven learning tools and structured guidance. We are now expanding our in-office engineering team in Pune and looking for passionate developers who want to grow with us. Role Overview We?re hiring a Junior Next.js Developer with a solid understanding of SSR, SSG, SEO , and modern React development. You will play an important role in building fast, scalable, and SEO-friendly web pages, reusable UI components, and high-quality user experiences for our growing platform. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, hands-on learning, and exposure to modern frontend architectures. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain features using Next.js (SSR/SSG) and React Develop fully responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS / MUI / Radix UI Optimize SEO, performance, and improve Core Web Vitals Manage PWA-specific features such as offline support, caching strategies, and installability Integrate APIs, manage cookies, authentication, and state management Implement complex forms using React Hook Form + validation libraries Write clean, type-safe code using TypeScript Contribute to basic unit tests and follow proper Git workflows Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams for end-to-end delivery Required Skills 1?3 years of experience with React and Next.js Strong understanding of SSR / SSG , dynamic routing, and rendering patterns Solid grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals Experience with modern UI libraries like TailwindCSS, MUI, Radix Understanding of REST APIs, axios/fetch, cookies, and auth flows Basic familiarity with ESLint, Prettier , and testing using Jest Ability to write clean, maintainable, and modular code Nice to Have Experience with Firebase Knowledge of Redux Toolkit Exposure to PWA development and performance optimization Familiarity with Markdown renderers or math display libraries (KaTeX, MathJax) What We Offer Salary up to ?40,000/month Real ownership of features and an opportunity to grow fast Modern tech stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind Supportive, friendly, and high-learning work environment Work directly with founders and senior engineers
