Junior Microsoft 365 Adoption Engineer

Job Description Are you passionate about Microsoft 365 and empowering users to get the most out of cloud technology? We are looking for a Jr. Microsoft 365 Adoption Engineer to drive adoption, optimize usage, and enable secure collaboration across Microsoft 365 platforms. Key Responsibilities ? Lead Microsoft 365 adoption initiatives and guide users through deployment, onboarding, and feature utilization ? Administer Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint in cloud and hybrid environments ? Conduct end-user training, workshops, and awareness campaigns ? Manage user lifecycle operations using M365 Admin Center and PowerShell ? Implement and maintain security & compliance policies (Microsoft Purview, Defender, Conditional Access) ? Develop automation scripts to streamline administrative and reporting tasks ? Analyze adoption metrics, identify gaps, and propose improvement plans ? Support L2/L3 incident resolution for Microsoft 365 services ? Maintain process documentation, FAQs, and user guides Require Skills Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Azure Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance (Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, Defender for M365) PowerShell scripting and automation Email security tools (Proofpoint, Trend Micro, or equivalent) Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Excellent communication & client-facing skills ITSM tools experience (ServiceNow, Jira) Prefer Certification Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) Information Protection Administrator (SC-400) Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) AWS Cloud Practitioner (optional) Education Bachelor?s Degree in BCA, B.Tech, or equivalent. 1?5 years of relevant experience
