Junior Mental Health Associate Internship in Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Kota, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Delhi, Gurgaon, Udaipur, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Hybrid)

MyHealio is a Jaipur-based mental health startup redefining accessibility for students. We are building a 'Pod Model' where Junior Associates handle early-intervention counseling under the direct supervision of an RCI-Licensed Senior.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Facilitate evidence-based support sessions (Active Listening, CBT-tools, Grounding).
• Triage clients and escalate clinical cases to the Senior Consultant.
• Participate in mandatory clinical supervision (10 hours/month).
• Contribute to "Mental Action Plans" for our student community.
