Junior Manual Tester

A global IT company is looking for a Manual Tester to join their team.

📍Location: Hybrid setup (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) – IT Park, Cebu

💵Rate: Up to ₱28,000 + Night Differential

🕒Schedule: Night Shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM or 12:00 AM–9:00 AM) | Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual user acceptance testing
• Analyze client requirements
• Execute test plans, strategies, and test cases
• Log, investigate, and discuss defects with the tech team
• Set up test environments and report results
• Support project tasks as needed

Must have skills:

• 1–3 years of manual testing experience (functional, regression, system, UI, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to work/relocate to Cebu City

Good to have skills:

• Experience in requirements and test documentation
• Platform and ticketing system experience
• Automation testing experience
• Basic network knowledge
• ISTQB certification
