Role Summary
This person will build and manage all legal documentation and compliance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft:
- Parent agreements
- Vendor contracts
- Employee agreements
- Maintain and update:
- Company policies (HR, safety, child protection)
- Legal templates repository
- Ensure compliance:
- Labour laws
- Basic education-related regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation needs
- Maintain records of all signed agreements
- Strong drafting skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of Indian legal frameworks
- Organized and process-driven
- 0-3 years
- LLB (freshers with strong internships also work)
40,000 to 80,000/month
