Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Junior Lawyer based in Ahmedabad. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting in court proceedings, and providing support in corporate and regulatory compliance matters. The role involves client interaction, case evaluations, and collaboration with senior legal professionals to deliver high-quality legal services. The individual will also handle document reviews and liaise with authorities when required.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, and legal drafting skills
• Experience with contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate law
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and client handling abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing case files and legal documents
• Proficiency with legal research tools and general technology tools (e.g., MS Office)
• A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required
• Ability to work independently under deadlines and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Prior legal internship or work experience is a plus
