While we are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in Java, our core project environment is built on Dot Net 10. We are seeking enthusiastic developers who are proficient in Java/OOP concepts but are eager to cross-train and build their careers in the .NET ecosystem.

We are looking for agile Software Developer Freshers to join our development team. You will start by leveraging your existing knowledge of Java, C++, or C# to quickly adapt to our .NET-based production environment. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications while working closely under the mentorship of senior developers.

• Transition & Develop: Rapidly learn and apply Dot Net 10 frameworks to develop and maintain software applications.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards.
• Troubleshoot: Debug and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate: Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate with team members to build high-performance applications.
• Optimize: Perform testing and improve application performance through continuous feedback.

• Core Programming: Strong fundamental knowledge of Java, C++, or C#.
• OOPs: Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Logic: Solid grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Database: Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Adaptability: A strong desire to switch from Java/C++ to the .NET stack.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot (Java) or ASP.NET.
• Basic understanding of Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with Git or similar version control tools.

• B.Tech (Computer Science / IT).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
