Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Role:

  • Manage the employee lifecycle from induction to exit, providing full administrative support.
  • Maintain and update HR records and systems.
  • Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transfers, and terminations.
  • Publish and remove job advertisements across relevant platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates as required.
  • Handle day-to-day HR activities and support overall HR operations.

Admin Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments, and provide timely reminders.
  • Take dictation and record meeting minutes accurately.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries promptly and professionally.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and dining for executives as required.
  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder when necessary.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and track pricing to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
