Junior Graphic Designer

At SOR Group, we work with a range of clients, from startups and founders to political organizations, helping them build brands and run campaigns.

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can take a brief and turn it into clean, well-crafted visual work. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working on branding, campaign creatives, and design systems, and wants to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing social media creatives, pitch decks, brand collaterals, and print material
• Maintaining visual consistency across different client projects
• Working closely with the marketing and creative team to execute campaigns
• Preparing print-ready files and digital assets with strong attention to detail
• Handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in a design role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• A strong portfolio showing understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with the team
• Availability to work from our Hyderabad office
