Job Description: Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented junior graphic designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to support our inbound marketing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating high-quality marketing creatives for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, blogs, ads, webinars, ebooks, and other digital marketing assets.

The candidate should also be comfortable using AI design tools and automation to speed up creative production, improve design quality, and support faster campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing creatives for inbound campaigns, including social media posts, LinkedIn banners, email graphics, blog images, website banners, landing page visuals, webinar creatives, ebooks, case studies, and ad creatives.
  • Support the marketing team with visual assets for SEO, content marketing, lead generation, webinars, newsletters, paid campaigns, and product promotions.
  • Create clean, modern, and brand-consistent designs that improve engagement, readability, and conversions.
  • Work closely with content writers, marketers, developers, and campaign managers to understand design requirements and deliver creatives on time.
  • Use AI tools to speed up design tasks such as image generation, background removal, layout ideas, visual references, creative variations, resizing, and concept development.
  • Use design automation tools and templates to reduce repetitive work and improve turnaround time for campaign creatives.
  • Design conversion-focused landing page visuals, hero banners, CTA sections, lead magnets, and supporting graphics.
  • Create social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube thumbnails, and other marketing channels.
  • Prepare ad creatives in different sizes for Google Display Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Create visual assets for ebooks, whitepapers, reports, presentations, and downloadable marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing assets, including typography, colors, spacing, layout, icons, and imagery.
  • Resize, adapt, and repurpose creatives across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the inbound marketing team to create visuals that support lead generation, audience education, and campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, marketing creative formats, and digital branding best practices.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing, inbound marketing, SaaS, IT services, or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating creatives for websites, landing pages, blogs, social media, email campaigns, ads, webinars, and downloadable assets.
  • Good understanding of inbound marketing design requirements, including lead generation, content marketing, campaign creatives, and conversion-focused visuals.
  • Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, Figma AI, or similar tools to improve design speed and creative output.
  • Ability to create multiple creative variations quickly for A/B testing, campaign optimization, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles, layout structure, typography, spacing, color balance, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience designing LinkedIn creatives, blog thumbnails, YouTube thumbnails, webinar banners, ad creatives, and landing page graphics.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, professional creatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to understand creative briefs from marketing and content teams.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or animation will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with inbound marketing teams or performance marketing teams.
  • Experience creating creatives for B2B, eCommerce, SaaS, IT services, or digital agency brands.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing creative formats.
  • Ability to create simple infographics, visual frameworks, icons, and presentation graphics.
  • Experience using templates and design systems to speed up creative production.
  • Understanding of conversion-focused design for landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign assets.
