We're developing our flagship AI-powered intelligence platform across web and mobile. This isn't a client-services role—it's a product engineering role where you'll help build our core technology from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end development of our AI-powered intelligence platform across web and mobile.
- Design scalable frontend applications using React and mobile interfaces using React Native (or similar frameworks).
- Develop secure, high-performance backend services using Node.js or Python.
- Build REST APIs and manage databases (MySQL/MongoDB).
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities using platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar APIs.
- Build intelligent workflows, automation agents, and data-driven insight engines.
- Develop internal dashboards and automation tools that support our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate directly with the founders to rapidly convert business ideas into production-ready features.
- Improve application performance, security, scalability, and system architecture.
- Maintain and enhance the company website as a secondary responsibility.

Technical Skills

Required

- Strong experience with React.js.
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python backend development.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and system architecture.
- Experience with MySQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
- Understanding of cloud deployment fundamentals.

Preferred

- React Native or Flutter.
- AI/LLM integration using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar APIs.
- Prompt engineering and AI workflow automation.
- Experience with authentication, caching, queues, and background jobs.
- Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of full-stack development experience.
- At least one production application built and maintained.
- Ability to independently design, build, test, and deploy features.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable explaining technical decisions in simple business language.
- Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and how business data should be represented in software.
- A builder's mindset with curiosity for AI and emerging technologies.
