Job Description

Location: Remote (with extensive travel)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Travel Requirement: Remote role with 7–8 days of travel per month

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate must be capable of working across the entire development lifecycle and comfortable with frontend, backend, and basic DevOps workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js.
Build and enhance mobile applications using React Native.
Design and implement REST APIs and backend services using Node.js.
Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and performance tuning.
Use Redis for caching, session management, and optimizing application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Ensure code quality through proper documentation, testing, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

1–2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in Next.js and React Native.
Good understanding of Node.js, Express, and REST API development.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB (aggregation, schema design, queries).
Experience using Redis for caching or pub/sub.
Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel 7–8 days per month as part of the role.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Docker or containerized deployments.
Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).
Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
