What We Offer

• Overall responsibility for accounting close processes across all countries to ensure high-quality accounting accuracy, and timely and meaningful reporting.
  
  
  

What You'll Do

• Prepare and issue sales and intercompany invoices, including cost recharges
• Perform revenue analysis and reconcile billable expenses with reports
• Maintain and analyse AR ageing; provide regular insights on collections
• Support cash flow monitoring and contribute to liquidity forecasting
• Collect and validate financial data (bank balances, FX rates)
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial reports and support audits
• Assist in contract tracking to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
  
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business / financial controller in a multinational company or financial analyst in a consultancy firm
• Has a proven knowledge as a financial controller / analyst i.e. monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial modelling, budgeting & forecasting
• Adequate knowledge in accounting and finance
• Excellent analytical skills, result-oriented, multi-tasking and can work under certain deadline
• Having proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools i.e. Power BI
• Proficient knowledge in a cloud accounting system
• Decisive, initiative-oriented and result-oriented
• Have a good attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills i.e. tactful and flexible to interact with various backgrounds and level of people within the organization globally
• Has the discipline to work on a monthly cycle i.e. keeping track of the business and client management, monthly financial reporting and analysis of the countries, etc.
• Fluent in English, both oral and in writing
