About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our technical team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical fundamentals, a willingness to learn, and an interest in DevOps, infrastructure, automation, and cloud-native technologies.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of Linux, networking, Docker, a basic foundation in Kubernetes, and basic coding or scripting skills.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of Docker and containerization.
• Basic foundation in Kubernetes.
• Basic coding or scripting skills, preferably using Bash, Python, or any similar language.
• Basic understanding of Git and version control.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

The following are not required but considered a plus:

• Certification in networking, such as CCNA or equivalent.
• Certification in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud, or containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or on-premise infrastructure.
• Experience with DevOps (work, home labs, personal projects, internships, or graduation projects...etc)
