We are looking for a passionate Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights, and supporting business decisions through meaningful analysis.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Members and contribute to end-to-end data-driven projects.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

• Mandatory: Experience in HR Domain
• Collate, clean, and organize data from multiple projects
• Analyze datasets and apply statistical methods
• Create reports, charts, and visualizations to support business insights
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Data Science and related fields
• Support the senior team in fulfilling project requirements and ensuring quality output

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Python (must)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and reporting abilities
• Excellent organizational skills

🎓 Educational Background

• B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science)
• MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science
• Other UG/PG with valid Python certifications
• 1–2 years relevant experience is mandatory
