About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about helping customers achieve success with our product. You will work closely with customers, understand their requirements, provide product guidance, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about helping customers achieve success with our product. You will work closely with customers, understand their requirements, provide product guidance, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and help them understand the product.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive customer engagement.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Track customer health and identify opportunities to improve product adoption.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
- Good presentation and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Relationship, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills in English. Additional regional languages are a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in customer-facing roles.
- Exposure to CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products is preferred.
