About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about helping customers achieve success with our product. You will work closely with customers, understand their requirements, provide product guidance, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and help them understand the product.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Track customer health and identify opportunities to improve product adoption.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Relationship, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English. Additional regional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Exposure to CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products is preferred.
