Role Description
We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive / Junior Sales Executive to join our team at our Coimbatore office.
This is a full-time, on-site role focused on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client communication, and supporting the complete sales process. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and help drive business growth.
The role is suitable for a proactive sales professional with good communication skills and basic knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Research potential clients and target markets
- Manage leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Support proposal preparation and client presentations
- Assist in negotiation and closing business opportunities
- Maintain sales records, lead status, and follow-up updates
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly business goals
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of new business development and lead generation
- Basic understanding of business strategies and market trends
- Ability to manage client relationships and follow-ups
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the IT, software, or digital transformation industry is an added advantage
