Junior Business Analyst (Web, Mobile & Game App Development)

About The Opportunity A fast-growing digital product studio operating in the Web, Mobile & Game App Development sector. We design, build and iterate consumer-facing and B2B applications that deliver polished UX, performant code, and measurable product outcomes. This is an on-site role based in India for a Junior Business Analyst supporting web, mobile and game-app product teams. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate high-level product goals into clear requirements, acceptance criteria and prioritized user stories. Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, developers and QA; capture functional and non-functional requirements. Create wireframes, process flows and concise specification documents that guide development and QA teams. Manage backlog tasks and sprint artifacts in JIRA; maintain Confluence documentation and versioned requirement records. Support UAT planning and execution: define test cases, coordinate testers, log defects and validate fixes with QA and dev teams. Analyze basic product and usage metrics to highlight opportunities, report on feature outcomes and propose iterative improvements. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have JIRA Confluence User Story Writing Wireframing SQL Figma Preferred Firebase Unity Mixpanel Additional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or equivalent. 0-3 years of experience in a product/BA role supporting web, mobile or game applications; prior on-site collaboration in Agile/Scrum teams preferred. Comfortable working on-site in India and coordinating across cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, product).
