Junior BSA/AML Compliance Analyst I

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Junior BSA/AML Compliance Analyst I. This 6 month contract role is hybrid - 3 days a week onsite (9am-5pm EST), and 2 days a week remote. Candidates must be local to the greater Miami, FL area and willing to go onsite 3 days a week. Responsibilities:

• Monitors activities to minimize the company's exposure to risk; Activities may include quantitative analysis, risk identification, and remediation
• Represents or supports the reputation of the company to minimize compliance and regulatory risk by resolving issues and ensuring adherence to company and legal standards
• Responsible for ensuring that all the company's activities adhere to the necessary rules and regulations, and that the company complies with the legal/regulatory statutes and jurisdictions
  
  

Requirements

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (written & verbal)
  
  

2-3 years of experience with the below industry requirements:

• Transaction Monitoring & Alert Review experience
• AML/Financial Crime Regulatory Knowledge
• Alert Investigation and Documentation experience
• Unusual Activity Escalation and Reporting experience
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
