Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Royapettah, Chennai for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting with architectural design projects, collaborating with design and construction teams, preparing detailed schematics, and ensuring integration of design and functionality. The role also includes working on project management tasks to ensure timely completion and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years experience in the field of Architecture.

• AutoCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop proficiency

• Familiar with Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray

• Site measurement & drawing coordination skills

• Detail-driven with good documentation

• Strong communication & collaboration skills ( in english & tamil)

• Basic photography knowledge

• Awareness of design & social media trends
