Role Description The Junior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role involves supporting senior architects with conceptual and detailed architectural design, preparing drawings and 3D models, and assisting with design presentations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and consultants, participating in site visits and measurements, and helping document design changes and project progress. The Junior Architect will also assist with basic project scheduling and documentation, ensuring that design deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with the ability to contribute to conceptual and detailed design work.
• Exposure to Software Development and Integration concepts, particularly as they relate to design tools, BIM, or workflow automation.
• Foundational Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and supporting documentation.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong attention to detail, spatial thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in the Greater Coimbatore Area and communicate clearly with team members and consultants.
• Interest in sustainable design, local materials, and context-responsive architecture is an advantage.
