Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate based in Pune Division. The Junior Advocate will assist senior advocates in case preparation, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide court representations. Responsibilities include preparing case briefs, analyzing legal precedents, and maintaining up-to-date documentation to support case strategy. The role also involves client interactions and contributing to the overall legal and administrative support within the firm.

• Proficiency in Legal Research, Analytical Thinking, and Case Preparation
• Strong skills in Drafting, Documentation, and Legal Writing
• Understanding of Litigation Procedures and Court Representation
• Excellent Communication and Client-Interaction Abilities
• Meticulous Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
• Relevant academic qualifications, including a law degree (LLB)
• Bar Council registration is required to practice law
• Experience in handling legal documentation and case management is an advantage
