Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones
- Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling logistics for a team of bankers and leaders
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and process expense reports accurately and efficiently
- Handle a high volume of professional communication — including phone calls, emails, and internal correspondence
- Collaborate with other administrative professionals and provide coverage as needed
- Support daily operational needs and ad hoc administrative projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1–2 years of administrative or client-facing experience in a professional office setting
- You’ve successfully managed calendars, coordinated meetings, or supported a team in a corporate environment
- Comfortable handling emails, phone calls, and scheduling for multiple people
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Professional demeanor, high attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Professional experience in a global corporate office
